Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website or any of our official payment channels.

  1. Subscriptions and Digital Services
    • Before we do a subscription, we did a Prof Of Value to our customers and once customer accept the services and the subscription has been activated or accessed, it is non-refundable.
    • If the service has not yet been activated, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 20 business days of the payment date.
    • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Physical Products
    • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 15–20 business days.
